H&G Autocare provides automotive repair and maintenance services including oil changes, brake service, engine diagnostics, A/C service, battery and electrical work, tire rotation and alignment, and general mechanical repairs. Pricing is provided by written or verbal quote prior to any work being performed. No work will begin without customer authorization.
H&G Autocare SMS Notifications.
H&G Autocare operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations, service reminders, vehicle-ready notifications, and upcoming maintenance reminders to customers who have opted in to receive such messages. This program is intended solely for service-related communications. No promotional or marketing messages will be sent unless you separately opt in to a promotional program.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment and service history. Typically, you will receive no more than 3–5 messages per service visit (confirmation, reminder, and ready notification). Service due reminders are sent periodically aligned to your vehicle's maintenance schedule.
H&G Autocare does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers, and H&G Autocare is not liable for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. H&G Autocare accepts cash and major credit cards. Returned checks and disputed charges may result in additional fees.
H&G Autocare provides a warranty on parts and labor as communicated at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by service type. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service performed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H&G Autocare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
